By using this website or booking a tour with Daily Key West Tours (“we”, “us”), a service of Gala Eventz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book.
1. Booking and confirmation
- Sending an enquiry through the website, email or phone is a request, not a booking.
- Your trip is confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation from us that states the date, pickup address, number of guests and total price.
- Our service is a private tour for one group in one vehicle. Standard capacity is 1 to 4 guests. Please tell us about any additional travelers, children or luggage before booking so we can confirm suitability.
- You are responsible for giving accurate pickup details, a working phone number and the correct number of guests.
2. Price and payment
- The standard rate is $700 per vehicle for one to four guests. It is a vehicle rate, not a per-person rate, and it does not change if fewer than four guests travel.
- Extra pickup addresses, extra hours or route changes may cost more. We confirm the complete price and payment terms in writing before you pay.
- Prices on the website are in US dollars. We may update them at any time, but a confirmed booking keeps its confirmed price.
3. What is and is not included
Included: a private black SUV for up to four guests, a driver for the planned round trip, pickup from one confirmed hotel or address, and the Overseas Highway drive to Key West and back.
Not included: meals, drinks, attraction admissions, park entry, optional activities, personal purchases and gratuities, and extra addresses, hours or route changes.
4. Schedule is an estimate
The times on our website, including the 7:00 AM pickup and the target return of around 8:00 PM, are plans and not guarantees. Traffic, bridge or road incidents, weather and the conditions of the day can change them. Stops along the route are offered when time allows. Not every attraction can be visited in a single day.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Guest conduct and safety
- All passengers must follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions, including wearing seat belts.
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Illegal substances and weapons are not allowed.
- You are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by your group beyond normal use.
- We may end the trip without refund if a guest’s behavior is unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive.
- Children and infants must be secured as required by Florida law. Tell us in advance if you need a child seat so we can confirm availability.
7. Responsibility and limits
- We take reasonable care in providing the service, but travel involves risks outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, road closures, emergencies or other events beyond our reasonable control, nor for indirect losses such as missed connections, flights or reservations.
- Please do not schedule time-sensitive commitments, such as flights or fixed-time reservations, on the evening of your tour.
- Third-party venues, restaurants and attractions set their own prices, hours and rules. We are not responsible for them.
- Keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
8. Using this website
- The site’s text, design and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
- Photographs are illustrative and may not show the exact vehicle or location described.
- We try to keep the information accurate, but the site may contain errors. Your written booking confirmation controls over anything on the website.
- The site may link to or load content from third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website on the day you book applies to your booking.
