Is $700 the price per person?+
No. It is the price per SUV for one to four guests. Four guests sharing the vehicle pay the equivalent of $175 each. The same vehicle rate applies for smaller parties.
Can you pick us up in Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood?+
Yes. Pickup is offered in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and anywhere between, at your confirmed hotel or accommodation.
Will we return by exactly 8 PM?+
We aim to return around 8:00 PM after a 7:00 AM pickup. Traffic, road incidents and weather can delay arrival.
Can we visit every attraction on this page?+
No. Choose a few priorities for your island time. Queues, meal service and the length of each visit affect how much you can fit in.
Are tickets and lunch included?+
No. You choose and pay for dining and any paid attractions separately.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel or change your date at least 72 hours before pickup for a full refund. Between 24 and 72 hours, 50% is refunded. Inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, no refund applies. If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a full refund or a new date. Read the full Cancellation Policy.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
Safety comes first. For light rain we usually continue and adjust stops. If severe weather, a hurricane warning or a road closure makes the trip unsafe, we will contact you, and you can take a full refund or move to another date.
Can we bring luggage, children or a child seat?+
Please tell us about children, luggage and any accessibility needs when you enquire. We confirm suitability, child seat availability and the final details in writing before you pay.
How do we pay?+
We confirm the complete price, accepted payment methods and payment terms in your written booking confirmation. Please do not send card numbers by ordinary email.
How do we reserve?+
Send your preferred date, exact hotel address, number of guests and sightseeing priorities. We confirm availability, pickup arrangements, the complete price and payment and cancellation terms before you pay. Your trip is confirmed only when you receive written booking confirmation.
