Daily Key West Tours is a service of Gala Eventz. When you contact us or book, you may give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your preferred date, hotel or pickup address, number of guests and sightseeing preferences.
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, such as accessibility needs or the age of children traveling.
The request form on this site opens your own email program and sends the message by email to us. Our website does not store form submissions on its own server.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your questions, check availability and send quotes.
- To confirm and operate your trip, including pickup arrangements and contacting you on the day.
- To handle payments, refunds and records.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed:
- With our drivers and partners, only the details needed to complete your trip (for example, name, pickup address and phone number).
- With payment, email and hosting providers who process data on our behalf.
- With authorities or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
4. Third-party content, cookies and links
- This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. Your browser connects to those services directly, so they may receive your IP address and device information under their own privacy policies.
- The site is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical logs.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
- Links to other sites are outside our control, and their policies apply there.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for your trip, our accounting and legal obligations, and resolving any disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending card numbers or passport details by ordinary email. We will tell you how to pay safely when we confirm your booking.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email galaeventzmiami@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some records we must keep by law.
8. Children
This site is for adults planning trips. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you list children as travelers, we use their details only to arrange the trip.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
